Not because they weren't good at what they did. The work was great. But the systems weren't there - leads were coming in through texts, missed calls, emails, and word of mouth, and falling through the cracks somewhere along the way. Marketing was either non-existent or money being spent without a clear plan. And everyone was too busy actually doing the job to fix any of it.
We built Light Leads to fix that.
