A Marketing Plan Built Around Your Business
Not sure which marketing channels to focus on? Spending money on ads or social media without a clear strategy? We help you cut through the noise and build a plan that actually makes sense for your business.
What is marketing consulting?
Marketing consulting is for business owners who want expert advice, not another managed service to sign up for. We work with you to understand your business, your customers, and your goals. Then we audit what you're currently doing and provide a clear, prioritised marketing plan you can act on.
Think of it as a marketing health check plus a roadmap. You get clarity on what's working, what's not, and what to do next, without committing to a long-term retainer before you know what you need. This is advisory work: we provide the strategy, you decide how to execute it.
You work directly with Karine
No account managers, no junior handed your strategy. You work one-on-one with Karine, our co-founder and marketing lead, who has spent years helping Australian service businesses get found and get booked.
She learns your business properly, gives you a straight read on what's working, and builds a plan you can actually follow.
What a consulting engagement covers
- Discovery session - understand your business, competitive landscape, customers, and goals
- Current marketing audit - review what you're doing now, what's working, what isn't, and why
- Marketing strategy - recommended channels, messaging priorities, and budget allocation
- 12-month action plan - what to do, in what order, and why, in a format you can actually use
- Written summary report - all findings and recommendations in a clear, shareable document
- Follow-up session (optional) - a check-in to review progress and adjust as needed
Typically delivered over 2 to 3 sessions across 2 to 3 weeks, with the written report within 5 business days of the final session.
You leave with a plan, not just notes
Every engagement ends with a written roadmap: where you stand today, and the exact moves to make next in priority order. Here's the shape of what you get.

"I know I need to do more marketing, I just don't know where to start."
That's the most common thing we hear, and it's exactly what a consulting session is designed for. Book a free intro call and we'll tell you honestly whether a structured engagement is the right fit, or whether you'd be better served jumping straight into a managed service.
See If We're a FitFrequently Asked Questions
How is this different from your other marketing services?
Our other services, paid ads, social media, website development, are fully managed. We do the ongoing work for you. Consulting is advisory: we provide strategy and direction, and you decide how to execute it. Many clients use consulting to get clarity first, then engage us once they know what they need.
Can you help me figure out which of your other services I need?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a consulting session specifically to answer that question. It's a good way to get honest, independent advice on where to focus your marketing budget before committing to anything.
I've worked with marketing agencies before and found it frustrating. Is this different?
We hear this a lot. Our consulting work is independent, we're not trying to sell you the most expensive package. We look at your situation and tell you what we actually think will work. If the best advice is to fix your operations first, we'll say that.
Do I need to prepare anything before our first session?
Nothing formal. It helps to have a rough sense of your current marketing activity and your business goals, but we'll guide the conversation. You don't need to come with a brief.
